About the Journal

Aims and scope

The International Journal of Tissue Repair (IJTR) is an international, open access, peer reviewed journal that publishes cutting edge research on wound healing and tissue repair. Firmly rooted in the Cellular, Acellular, Matrix-like Products (CAMPs) space, IJTR will publish the full evidence hierarchy for these advanced wound care treatments.

IJTR accepts protocols, abstracts, research papers, review articles and clinical trials. IJTR will also publish letters, news and views, education initiatives, guidelines and information on the activities of groups and societies.

IJTR editors are supported by a board of international experts and a panel of reviewers across a range of disciplines and specialties to ensure only the most current and relevant research is published.

IJTR is aimed at doctors, surgeons, nurses, physical therapists, radiotherapists, oncologists, podiatrists, occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals with an interest in wound care excellence.
